5.3 FIXTURE DETAILED INFO
From the “DETAILS” button on the right side of the list table, the user can access the detailed view of each single
device. On this page you can see 3 different sections: Log Overview, Firmware Details, Fixture Properties.
5.3.1 LOG OVERVIEW
From this page the user can monitor all the internal events recorded in the fixtures. Events are divided in 3 toggle.
that allow a quick view based on the selected category:
- INFO: Normal operating information
- WARNING: Errors happened but that are not preventing the correct operation of the fixture
- ERROR: Important failure on the fixture
On the right side the user can find an interactive manual with description of the events and a “first aid” for trouble fixing.
The intuitive interface and graphics allow the user to solve the problem quickly and safely.
