When you can’t connect NVR through network

1. Check the physical network connection is correct.
2. Check the NVR network configuration parameters.
3. Check whether IP conflicts exist in network.

Download recording can not be played

Possible reasons:
1.  Player installation error.
2.  The USB or HDD device has an error.
3.  Do not install graphic software later than DX8.1.
