.dis: Distribution transformers immersed
in dielectric liquid up to 3150 kVA
The slings or lifting chains in the eye bolts must also
form an angle equal to or above 60º with the horizontal
of the transformer, and must allow fully vertical lifting
at all times.
- The slings must not rub or damage the bushings or
other accessories.
- ALWAYS lift the transformer using the lifting
elements, as identified for this purpose. NEVER lift
the transformer without any of these elements.
- Using the connecting rods for the fin panels as
lifting points for the transformer is
NOT ALLOWED
(Figure 2.12).

2.3. Moving on wheels
Risk of machinery breakage:
Do not use the cooling elements as a support point
(fins, radiators, etc.).
Support a lever against the transformer carriage in order to
move it on its wheels.
