The video is always lag and then delay more, when viewing video as device connect PC directly,
Answer
: Please check if the network access is standard. For example, change another qualified
network cable that have been tested.
2.
I can see the login interface but can’t login when I use IE?
Answer:
Please check IE internet selection ->Privacy->set, to ensure region set below “middle”.
3.
Why still can’t login after adjusting privacy security as middle?
Answer:
Please download IE Active Plug-in and install before login.
4.
Some part of configuration button invalid after long time using?
Answer:
For IE cache too much, please clear IE cache and refresh webpage. Keyboard shortcut:
Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
5.
Can not snapshot and record after logging in IE client.
Answer:
the computer user has no administrator authority, need to permit it.
1)
Click mouse right button of Computer icon, choose Manage in the menu.
2)
Enter the interface, click ‘Users’ folder of the ‘Local Users and Groups’, choose administrator.
3)
Open the account, operate according to the instruction below.
4)
After adjusting the authority, log in again.
Notice: This way can also apply to other user authority
