SNMP Agent

SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) Agent is a service

program that runs on the access point. The agent provides

management information to the NMS by keeping track of various

operational aspects of the AP system. You can enable or disable

the function.

SNMP Trap Server

1-4

Enter the IP address of the SNMP server which will send out traps

generated by the AP.

Community

Community is a password to establish trust between managers

and agents. Normally,

public

is used for read-write community.
