Testing & Adjustments
Turn your amplifier on and test the system with music of your choice.
Sound Distribution
• Connecting all Rock speakers in Stereo connection gives an even sound distribution
of both Left and Right channel at any location.
• When connecting two Rock speakers each in Mono (Left to one and Right to the other),
the best listening area is at equal distance to both speakers.
Adjustments
• Refer to the manual for the receiver or amplifier to make sound adjustments such as bass,
treble and balance to obtain the preferred sound.
If the speakers are operating properly, refill the wire trench, and enjoy your new speakers.
Maintenance and Care
• The Rock Speaker is designed to withstand the elements and be placed outdoors.
If cleaning is desired, simply use a damp cloth to wipe down the outer surface of
the speaker. Using chemical cleaners is not recommended.
• Keep the Rock speakers clean to avoid insects nesting in the grille.
• Avoid spraying high pressure water from a hose or sprinkler since this could
damage speaker components.
• Cover the rock speaker when applying lawn fertilizer or chemicals including bug spray
and deck sealants.
• Do not play the speakers when the temperature is below freezing.
If the speakers are not going to be used during winter months, it is recommended
they be stored indoors, or covered with thick plastic bag/tarpaulin to help protect
the speaker.
Important:
No user-serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to qualified service
personnel.
