1. Check if voltage of 230/240 VAC corresponds to
power supply.
2. The unit must be connected in accordance to IEC,
resp. CEI 335-1/24,3 regulations and to local
specifications,
i.e.
fitting
a
main
plug
for
connection to a socket.
3. Avoid overloading.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Never place the appliance on a combustible surface
or against a combustible wall.
- It is not necessary to observe clearances behind or
on the sides of the appliance.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Fill the Suspan with water up to some centimetres
over the grill.
2. Put the plug into the main socket.
3. Turn the Suspan on with the ON/OFF switch. (the
green lamp will light up).
4. Turn the temperature regulator to the desired
temperature. Mark personal preferences between
60° and 80°C.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep the lid closed in order to reduce warming-up
time and evaporation that saves energy.
- When removing the lid, let the water that is
condensed on the lid trickle in the Suspan.
- Keep the water level up to mark.
- Always use the included grill in the Suspan. Above
this grill the water has a homogeneous temperature.
- Never turn the temperature regulator above 80°C in
order to avoid overheating. Avoid any immediate
contact with lid and waterbath.
- A Suspan
in
operation
may never
be left
unguarded. Switch off the apparatus when leaving
the room and remove the plug from the socket.
MAINTENANCE
The Suspan must be cleaned regularly and the water
changed weekly, in order to avoid transmission of
micro-organisms. Take the following instructions into
consideration:
1. Turn off the Suspan with the ON/OFF switch.
2. Remove the plug from the socket.
3. Let the water in the Suspan cool down.
4. Mount hose on tap (outside left), into bucket
5. Open tap, and let water flow into bucket
6. In order to clean the stainless steel, use a soft
detergent or vinegar. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Never submerge the Suspan in water or detergent.
- Avoid contact with electric components.
- Do not put the splinting material on the bottom of
the Suspan, but always use the grill.
