TROUBLE SHOOTING
Please refer to trouble shooting if you come across the following
problems when using the player.
* WITHOUT SOUND
1. Check the player to see whether it connects well.
2. Check VOLUME to see whether it is at minimum position when
using earphone for listening.
3. Check TV or AMPLIFIER to see whether they are at normal
working status.
4. Check sound system to see whether it is correct at TV mode.
* WITHOUT IMAGE
1. Check the player to see whether POWER is at ON position.
2. Check the player to see whether it connects well.
3. Check TV to see whether it is set correctly(when connecting with
TV).
* CAN NOT READ USB
1. Have not pressed USB key on the player, press USB key on the
player, USB will display on the screen.
2. Have not connected USB device well, please connect again.
IMAGE ROLLING OR WITHOUT COLOR(WHEN
CONNECTING WITH TV)
Color system set up in the player does not match with TV system.
Please choose color system suitable to your TV.
DO NOT PLAY DISC
* Incorrect disc position in the player.
* Disc’s printing side should be upside.
* There is dust on the disc, clean disc
REMOTE CONTROLLER DOES NOT WORK
* Move objects between the remote controller and the DVD player.
* Point the remote controller to the remote receiving window.
* Please use new battery if it is short of power.
TV RECEPTION IS POOR
* Adjust the rod antenna's length, angle and direction till best effect
when receiving television.
* Please confirm external antenna connects well when receiving cable
TV or using an external antenna.
* When TV signal is weak, receiving image will not be stable and will
be accompanied with snow spot. This is normal.
