Cleaning and maintenance

Before cleaning, turn the machine off and unplug the power cord. Wash the

bowl, cover, and rotary head in warm soapy water, wipe and gently dry. Do not

leave parts wet.

Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners to clean any elements.

Wash parts immediately after use to avoid sugar residue. Wash your head

with a dish brush.

Cleaning the bowl

1.

Remove the bowl from the appliance body.

2.

Wash the bowl in hot or warm water. Use a soft cloth for washing.

The brush would scratch the bowl surface. Wipe the surface dry.

Cleaning the Rotary Head Assembly

CAUTION

The rotary head assembly is still hot for about 15 minutes after switching off,

remove the head after cooling to avoid the risk of burns.

1.

Wash the rotary head in hot or warm water. Soak it before washing to clean

it more easily. Use a soft cloth for cleaning.

2.

 Wipe the rotary head dry.

Note

Be careful when handling the head. Do not let it fall or bend it.

Sugar deposits can be quickly released by immersing the rotating head in hot

water.

Body cleaning equipment

Use a soft cloth to clean the unit body and the power cord. Do not clean them

with a brush, as a brush of any kind would scratch the surface of these parts.

Never immerse the device body in water or any other liquid! Wipe the body

and power cord with a dry cloth.

After cleaning and drying, re-assemble the bowl and pull-out head to its

original position.
