Remove a PCIe Card

Verify that a PCIe card is identified.
-> show /System/PCI_Devices/Add-on/Device_

where x is the slot number where the PCIe card is installed.
If a PCIe card cannot be identified, replace it. See “Remove a PCIe Card” on page 139 .
4. Verify that a PCIe card is faulty.
If a PCIe card is faulty, you will see
/SYS/MB/PCIE
y under the
Value
heading:

shell to identify the faulty component.

Remove a PCIe Card
Removing a PCIe card is a cold-service operation. You must power off the server before you
remove the PCIe card.
