Inspection Procedure
How to enter the service mode?
-
Press the “RESYNC” “SOURCE” “ENTER” button at the same time and hold them.
1.)
Record the original setting when you want to change any setting.
2.)
Don’t change the DMD Bin type setting.
Scratch :
Please check and ensure the unit complies with below spec.
Surface A : Scratch width < 0.4mm and Length < 6mm or number <3
Surface B : Scratch width < 0.5mm / Length < 6mm or number < 3 / Length < 10mm or number < 2
Note : Please refer appendix for the definition of surface A and B.
Elevator Function :
-
Please check and ensure the function of elevator works as well.

If not, please return the unit to repair area.
Keypad Function (Including Remote Control) :
-
Please check and ensure the control function of keypad works well.
-
If not, please return the unit to repair area.
Reset :
Please press “Menu” button on the projector panel to enter “Machine Reset” function in the OSD menu,
and then press “Menu” button two times to ensure the reset function works well. This action will allow you
to erase all end user’s settings and restore the original factory settings.
