INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Dear Customer
Your new milk frother is ideal for quickly and easily foaming
cold or warm milk for your cappuccino, milk coffee and other
milk specialities.

Safety instructions
Read the safety warnings. Keep these instructions at hand for
future reference. When handing over this product to somebody
else, remember to give them these instructions.
Intended use
The milk frother is intended for frothing liquids. It is not
suitable for processing viscous or solid ingredients of any kind
The milk frother is designed for private household quantities
and is not suitable for commercial purposes.
DANGER to children
• The product is not a toy. Keep it out of children’s reach.
• Batteries can be highly dangerous if swallowed. Store
batteries and the product out of the reach of infants.
If a battery has been swallowed, seek medical advice
immediately.
• Keep packing material out of the reach of children. There is
a risk of suffocation!
WARNING-risk of scalds
• Be careful when frothing hot liquids. Splashes can cause
scalds.
WARNING - risk of injury
• The batteries must not be charged, taken apart, thrown into
fire or short-circuited.
• Should a battery have leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes
and mucous membranes.
If necessary, rinse the affected areas immediately with plenty
of clear water and consult a doctor without delay.
• Do not touch the foaming spiral during operation.
CAUTION - material damage
• Never immerse the handle of the milk frother in water.
Not dishwasher safe!
• Remove the batteries if they are flat or if you do not intend
to use the milk frother for any length of time. This avoids
damage due to leakage.
• Always replace all the batteries simultaneously. Do not use
batteries of different types, brands or capacities at the same
time.
• Place the container in which you want to froth the milk on
a solid, level and non-slip surface that can be cleaned easily.
• Do not use any caustic chemicals or aggressive or abrasive
detergents when cleaning.
Inserting batteries
The device needs two type LR6, 1.5 V batteries to operate
(not included). Noise level: 55dB/A/.
1. Press the release button on the back of
the handle and slightly tilt the battery
compartment lid forwards to remove it.
2. Insert 2 batteries as illustrated.
Observe correct polarity (+/-).
3. Hook the battery compartment lid in at the
front and press it onto the handle until you
can hear and feel it click into place.
Frothing milk
Clean the foaming spiral before first use as described in the
section «Cleaning».
Use a suitable receptacle to foam milk, if possible a tall
container, as splashes cannot always be avoided.
Only fill the container to a maximum of 1/3.
Do not use containers with a sensitive surface. Avoid touching
the walls of the container with the foaming spiral, as this might
cause scratches. Small foaming jugs made of high-grade steel
are ideal.
1. Pour milk into a suitable container.
WARNING - risk of scalds
To avoid splashes: first lower the spiral into the liquid, then
switch the device on.
First let go of the On button, then remove the foaming spiral
from the liquid.
2. Lower the spiral of the milk frother into the milk and press
the On button. You must keep the On button pressed while
frothing milk.
