COOKER SETUP
– see Fig. IX p. 15
The cooker should be placed on a stable surface and level by
means of feet. Ensure the minimum distances
from the sides and back. Do not place any flammable objects
above the cooker (furniture, wooden shelves etc.)
Ensure the minimum distance as shown in Fig. IX.
Before you start installing the cooker in the kitchen ensure it
meets the requirements stipulated by the
applicable regulations.
The kitchen should:
• Have the height of at least 2.2 m.
• Ensure air supply required for proper burning of gas; the air
supply should be at least 2 m
3
/h per 1kW of burner capaci
-
ty; The air can be supplied by the direct flow from outside by
the duct with the crosssection of at least 100cm2 or indirectly
from adjacent rooms which are equipped with the ventilation
ducts leading outdoors.
• Ensure intake and exhaust ventilation system (at least 1.5 air
exchange in one hour).
• Ensure fumes discharge e.g. by an operable chimney duct.
The kitchen should be dry and well-ventilated, with efficient ven
-
tilation system, according to the applicable technical regulations.
COOKING
BURNER SELECTION
Above every knob, there is a symbol of the burner correspon
-
ding to it. Always adjust the burner to the diameter of the pot
used for boiling. The flame must not go beyond the pot diame
-
ter (see Fig. X p. 9).
• For economic reasons, cover the pots with lids while cooking.
• Do not let the boiling dish boil over to the burner.
• The burner ring and openings must be kept clean.
• Use pots with the diameter suited to the particular burners.
• Do not put any deformed or unstable pots on the grates as they
can turn over and overflow the burners.
• Do not remove the grates and do not put the pots right on
the burners.
• Do not put any empty pots on the working burner.
• Before you remove the pots from the burners, reduce or put
out the flame.
• The burners should be kept neat and tidy as any dirt affects
their function.
• Before switching a burner on, ensure the knob you intend to
use corresponds to the burner we wish to light up.
• The knob allocation to burners is presented graphically above
the knob for every burner.
Ensure the grates are placed correctly on the burners (see Fig.
XI p. 9).
The cooker is equipped with flame safety device.
If the flame is put out by accident due to overflowing or gust of
wind, the gas supply is cut off automatically.
The gas is cut off after about 60-90 minutes after the acciden
-
tal flame extinguishing.

For cleaning use a slightly wet (not wet), soft cloth and mild
detergent. Do not use solvents, petrol, alcohol and other measu

For cleaning do not use harsh detergents and sharp materials.
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaner or sharp metal scrapers to
clean the oven door glass since they can scratch the surface,
which may result in shattering of the glass.
