Troubleshooting

Place the cleaner onto the charging

Dust bin filter is not

installed

requires cleaning or

replacing

Reinstall the filter

Empty the dust bin

Clean or replace the filter

Dust bin can’t
be reinstalled

The filter and

filter cone are not

installed properly

Reinstall the filter and filter cone as

per the instructions in this manual

Roller brush
does not spin

The roller brush is

blocked

Take out the roller brush from the

power head and remove any hair from

the roller brush

Remove and reinstall the powerhead

firmly into the cleaner
