Monoculars can open up a whole range of new and exciting impressions when travelling on holiday, taken to
sporting and leisure events or used as part of a hobby such as birdwatching or astronomy. To help you get the best
results from your equipment please read the following instructions carefully.
Focusing. To focus at different distances simply rotate the central focusing band until a clear and sharp image is
obtained.
Rubber Eyecups are designed to position your eyes correctly to get the maximum comfortable field of view with or
without glasses and are often unique to each individual monocular.
Using glasses. Opticron DBA monoculars provide the full field of
view when wearing glasses. To maximise field of view with glasses
on, turn eyecup assembly clockwise into the ‘down’ position -
remembering to return it to the upright position if you or anybody else
wants to use the instrument without glasses.
