Power supply
The Optibelt TT 3 is equipped for
battery use or for use with
accumulators (optional) .
5.1 Battery operation
2 mignon cells, type AA each with
1 .5 V are needed . The battery holder
is at the back of the device .
Note:
If the device is not used for a longer
period, you are advised to remove the
batteries .
5.2 Accumulator opera­
tion (optional)
The accumulator is charged via the
charger and charging cable provided
with the delivery . After completion
of the charging cycle, the net device
auto mati cally switches to a charge-
maintaining cycle .
Upon termination of the charging
process, the power supply unit
automatically switches to the
maintenance charge cycle . The
charging process is indicated by the
flashing red LED. When the charging
end voltage is reached, the red LED
lights up continuously .
