Directions
GENERAL:

Do not begin with the assembly until you have carefully read the following:

You need two different types of glue for the assembly:

a) white glue (Ponal)

b) a two component glue (stabilit express or similar)

The rocket can be re-used.

All measurements in the diagram are in mm.

ASSEMBLY OF BODY:

- make sure no parts are missing

- cut part (B) in half

- file the tip conically (A) so that it fits easily into the body (B)

- cut 4 cm off the end of the tip

- glue the tip 1 cm deep into the top of the body and the cut off piece 1 cm deep into the bottom of the body.

- screw eyelet screw (D) into the connection piece and secure it with some glue

- cut out stencil for fins and put together with adhesive tape

- mark lines for fins as shown

- carefully bend a piece of spring steel band (F) in the shape shown

- cut in approx.6 cm at one end of the tube and insert the hook (C)

- glue fins on with the help of the stencil

Transfer the shape of the fins onto the poplar plywood (G) as shown in diagram.

- cut out fins carefully, using a sharp knife and a ruler, sand edges
