LED Display
The LED display shows the following:
Set temperature and actual output temperature.
Flame, Fan Motor, Water Flow indicators lighting to indicate unit is operating normally.
ECO and other working mode icons when selected.
Buttons
CONTROL PANEL INDICATIONS
On/Off
Enables or disables the water heater.
Increase*
Increases output temperature by 1 degree increment.
Decrease*
Decreases output temperature by 1 degree increment.
*To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, press and hold the
“Increase”
and
“Decrease”
keys at the same time for
three seconds.
Eco
Turns on
“Eco”
mode, which limits the water heater’s maximum power output at 75%.
Mode Selection
Selects between the following modes:
High mode:
output temperature set at 129° F (54° C)
Comfort mode:
output temperature set at 108° F (42° C)
Low mode:
output temperature set at 100° F (38° C)
Setting the Desired Temperature
The temperature adjustment range is 95° F – 140° F (35° C to 60° C).
Press the
“ON/OFF”
button. The temperature display unit lights up and displays the current temperature set
point. The factory default set point is 107° F (42° C).
Press the
“Increase”
or
“Decrease”
button to set the desired temperature. The temperature set point goes
up or down by one degree with each press.
Press the
“Mode Selection”
button to choose between the pre-set temperature settings described above.
After the temperature is set, open the water valve and observe. The flame, fan motor and water flow
indicators should light indicating the unit is operating normally.
