Removing and replacing UPS systems

To remove and replace the UPS system, the integrated PDU (Power
Distribution Unit) can remain at the installation site and the connect-
ed consumers can continue to be supplied with voltage. To replace
the UPS system, the consumers must not be switched off.

XANTO S 6000

1. Remove the safety cover from the maintenance switch; un-

screw the 2 screws to do this. Switch the maintenance switch
to bypass (see Figure 34).

2. Screw the support bracket to the PDU and disconnect this

from the UPS system. Unscrew the three screws to do this.
Screw the PDU to the rack (see Figure 35).
