Method:
1 Wash the chicken piece and make diagonal-incisions all over it.
2 Mix all ingredients of the marinade. Add the chicken piece and Refrigerate for 1
hour.
3 Put the chicken piece into the microwave safe bowl (covered) “and set the auto
cook menu.

• Now brush with oil and grill for 4-5mins. Stir in between.
