PLC Communication

Ethernet IO supports Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP. When PLC communicates with io
through TCP to establish Modbus TCP communication, the network channel mode needs to
be changed to [Modbus TCP]
➢
The following parameters must be set for PLC communication.
IP address
Network mode
Port
number
Device address (station
number)
Note: The device address (station number) must be set to be consistent with the device before
normal communication can occur.
