The Sensation starts automatic measurement of heart
beat rate or pulse. The bottom of the Sensation where
the heart rate sensor is located must be placed flush
against the skin. There must be no distance between the
Sensation and the skin where light can enter. Tighten the
Sensation snugly to prevent outs hide light from entering
for an accurate reading. Placing the device on the wrist
bone itself may push the device up, allow light to enter
and create interference for the heart rate sensor.
Attention: The heart rate measurement may take up to 15
seconds to calibrate and provide an accurate reading,
depending on the placement and movement of the
Sensation on the skin.
After the data is calibrated, click upload to upload data to
the web portal.
Attention: It is a normal phenomenon for heart rate to
change rapidly due to hand movement, exercise, stress
and high temperature conditions. Normal adult resting
heart rate ranges between 50 to 100 beats per minute.
