Warranties.
(a) Excl u si v e W arranty. Omron’s excl u si v e w arranty is that the Prod u cts w ill b e free from defects in materials and w orkmanship
for a period of t w el v e months from the date of sale b y Omron (or s u ch other period expressed in w riting
b y Omron). Omron disclaims all other w arranties, express or implied.
( b ) Limitations. OMRO N MAKES N O W ARRA N TY OR REPRESE N TATIO N , EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT
N O N -I N FRI N GEME N T, MERCHA N TABILITY OR FIT N ESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE
PRODUCTS. BUYER ACK N O W LEDGES THAT IT ALO N E HAS DETERMI N ED THAT THE PRODUCTS W ILL
SUITABLY MEET THE REQUIREME N TS OF THEIR I N TE N DED USE.
Omron f u rther disclaims all w arranties and responsi b ility of any type for claims or expenses b ased on infringement b y the Prod u cts
or other w ise of any intellect u al property right. (c) B u yer Remedy. Omron’s sole o b ligation here u nder shall b e, at Omron’s election,
to (i) replace (in the form originally shipped w ith B u yer responsi b le for la b or charges for remo v al or replacement thereof) the
non-complying Prod u ct, (ii) repair the non-complying Prod u ct, or (iii) repay or credit B u yer an amo u nt e qu al to the p u rchase price
of the non-complying Prod u ct; pro v ided that in no e v ent shall Omron b e responsi b le for w arranty, repair, indemnity or any other
claims or expenses regarding the Prod u cts u nless Omron’s analysis confirms that the Prod u cts w ere properly handled, stored,
installed and maintained and not s ub ject to contamination, a bu se, mis u se or inappropriate modification. Ret u rn of any Prod u cts b y
B u yer m u st b e appro v ed in w riting b y Omron b efore shipment. Omron Companies shall not b e lia b le for the s u ita b ility or
u ns u ita b ility or the res u lts from the u se of Prod u cts in com b ination w ith any electrical or electronic components, circ u its, system
assem b lies or any other materials or s ub stances or en v ironments. Any ad v ice, recommendations or information gi v en orally or in
w riting, are not to b e constr u ed as an amendment or addition to the a b o v e w arranty.

LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTIO N OR COMMERCIAL LOSS I N A N Y W AY CO NN ECTED W ITH THE PRODUCTS,
W HETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED I N CO N TRACT, W ARRA N TY, N EGLIGE N CE OR STRICT LIABILITY.
F u rther, in no e v ent shall lia b ility of Omron Companies exceed the indi v id u al price of the Prod u ct on w hich lia b ility is asserted.
Suitability of Use.
Omron Companies shall not b e responsi b le for conformity w ith any standards, codes or reg u lations w hich apply to the
com b ination of the Prod u ct in the B u yer’s application or u se of the Prod u ct. At B u yer’s re qu est, Omron w ill pro v ide applica b le
third party certification doc u ments identifying ratings and limitations of u se w hich apply to the Prod u ct. This information b y itself is
not s u fficient for a complete determination of the s u ita b ility of the Prod u ct in com b ination w ith the end prod u ct, machine, system,
or other application or u se. B u yer shall b e solely responsi b le for determining appropriateness of the partic u lar Prod u ct w ith
respect to B u yer’s application, prod u ct or system. B u yer shall take application responsi b ility in all cases.
N E V ER USE THE PRODUCT FOR A N APPLICATIO N I NV OL V I N G SERIOUS RISK TO LIFE OR PROPERTY OR I N LARGE
QUA N TITIES W ITHOUT E N SURI N G THAT THE SYSTEM AS A W HOLE HAS BEE N DESIG N ED TO ADDRESS THE RISKS,
A N D THAT THE OMRO N PRODUCT(S) IS PROPERLY RATED A N D I N STALLED FOR THE I N TE N DED USE W ITHI N THE
O V ERALL EQUIPME N T OR SYSTEM.
Programmable Products.
Omron Companies shall not b e responsi b le for the u ser’s programming of a programma b le Prod u ct, or any conse qu ence thereof.
Performance Data.
Data presented in Omron Company w e b sites, catalogs and other materials is pro v ided as a g u ide for the u ser in determining
s u ita b ility and does not constit u te a w arranty. It may represent the res u lt of Omron’s test conditions, and the u ser m u st correlate it
to act u al application re qu irements. Act u al performance is s ub ject to the Omron’s W arranty and Limitations of Lia b ility.

Prod u ct specifications and accessories may b e changed at any time b ased on impro v ements and other reasons. It is o u r practice
