2.1 Charging the Battery

We recommend charging the battery to a full 100 % charge. Once fully 
charged, the battery will last for approximately 2 days. It takes about 2.5 
hours to fully charge once the battery is empty.

1.

Plug the smaller end of the 
charging cable into the charging 
clip.

2.

Lift the band and connect the 
clip to the charging port of your 
monitor.

Make sure the cuff sleeve does not cover 
the charging port.

Plug the larger end of the charging 
cable into the AC adapter.
