16. Troubleshooting

2. Leave inverter to cool to

room temperature.

3. If the error message

persists, please contact
your installer

PV input voltage exceeds
upper threshold

1. Check if the open circuit

voltage of PV modules is
above 500VDC.

2. If PV open circuit voltage

is below 500VDC and the
error message remains,
contact your installer.

Power supply* failed

Turn off the inverter.
Then, restart the inverter.
If the error message still
remains, contact your
installer.

Leakage current exceeds
allowable range

1. Earth leakage current is

too high.

2. Please disconnect AC

breaker first and then DC
breaker. Check if
grounding is connected
properly after LCD screen
completely shuts down.

3. If grounding is correctly

connected, turn on DC
breaker. After it displays
“No Utility” on LCD screen,
turn on AC breaker. Within
300 seconds, the system
will automatically connect
to the grid.

4. If error message persists,

please contact your
installer.
