Omni-directional maneuverability allows you to achieve an endless range of postures, movements, stretches and exercises.
Unlike linear exercise, exercise on the swing is multi-planar and your body will learn to move from all angles (vertical,
horizontal, prone, supine, side-lying, inverted or oblique). Exercises can be performed while completely suspended in the air
using the sling and/or handles, or partially suspended with one or parts of your body on the ground. Stretch and strengthen
every single muscle group and joint of the body, with emphasis on the core and spine, and achieve rapid results in balance,
strength, range of motion, flexibility, coordination and agility.

INTEGRATED LOOP HEIGHT ADJUSTERS & EXTRA HAND-HOLDS (Omni Swing & Omni Gym models)
: Don’t
short-change yourself by utilizing the swing at only one height. Explore all levels from a few inches off the floor to full vertical
inversion position. The sling and small handles can be adjusted to any height by hooking each side higher or lower on the

handhold loops
integrated into the middle handles.
Do this mindfully so as to not snag opening of hook onto the fabric as
you insert it securely ALL THE WAY THROUGH the fabric loop so that it cannot slip out during activities.

SPRINGS
: Do not exceed the weight load capacity of the springs. The springs are rated at a weight limit of 125 pounds per
spring but we do not recommend using more than 275 total weight load. If you wish to use
heavier weight loads
than your
springs allow,
disconnect the springs and use the swing without them
. The fabric alone handles twice the weight load
without
the springs.
FABRIC
: Our swings are made of strong high-quality rayon or nylon. Take care to check all connections and the fabric before
each use for frays, cuts, tangles or anything which could cause accidents or unnecessary slips. Avoid wearing garments that
could cut or tear the fabric, including zippers, buttons, embellishments. Keep out of excessive sunlight and extreme weather to
prevent color fading and fabric deterioration.
