About every month or every 200 working hours, check that the photocell reading the pallet height is 
centred and that any support brackets are tightened. 

5.3.1 BATTERY MAINTENANCE 

Before charging, make sure that the battery charger is in line with the voltage of the battery and 
that the charging current suits the capacity of the battery.  

Charge the battery when the screen shows “ALARM: LOW BATTERY” and connect the 
battery plug  to a power supply.  

The batteries must be charged for at least 8 hours.  

Charging the batteries for short 2-3 hour charges could seriously damage them. 

When the machines do not need to be used for a long period of time (longer than 15 days), to 
keep the batteries in optimal conditions, do the following:

Fully charge the batteries

Disconnect the red connector located under the cover
