Syntax

INT WINAPI Talk(DevHandleT devHandle, BYTE pri, BYTE sec);

devHandle

refers to either an interface or an external device. If

devHandle

refers to an

external device, the

Talk

command acts on the associated interface.

pri

sec

specify the primary and secondary addresses of the device which is to be

addressed to Talk.
