12.1 Dryer Operation Inspection
1. Inspect the operating parameters.
2. Inspect controller and manometers readings.
3. Check if the dew point is within expected limits.
12.2 Complete Dryer Inspection
1. Do a visual inspection of the dryer and nearby installation and check if any damage is
present on the dryer or on the nearby installation.
2. Inspect operating parameters.
3. Inspect controller and manometers readings.
4. Check if the dew point is within expected limits.
5. Check if the condensate drains upstream from the dryer are working properly.
12.3 Filter Elements Replacement
1. For filter element replacement consult the instructions for element replacement that
can be found in the operating manual of the filter.
2. Depressurize filter housing and part of the installation where the maintenance work
will be performed before any kind of work.
3. Turn off and depressurize the dryer if filters are installed on the dryer.
4. Perform the commissioning procedure.
12.4 Expansion Silencers Replacement
1. Decommission the dryer. Depressurize the dryer and turn it off (turn off electrical
power).
2. Remove the old expansion silencer and install a new one.
3. Perform the commissioning procedure for the dryer.
