Maintenance
CLEANING
For safety always remove the plug from the wall socket.
Wipe with soft cloth or sponge dipped in soapy water. Use a non-corrosive neutral cleaning agent.
Clean with a dry cloth.
Don’t rinse the cabinet with water or use a stiff brush or wire brush.
Don’t use organic solvents, boiling water, washing detergent, acid or other harmful products.
DISUSE
If you plan to stop using the cabinet for a period of time, remove the power cord from the socket, clean
the cabinet, open the door and allow the cabinet to dry completely. Ensure that children cannot access
the cabinet.
Operation
8. For dual zone cabinets, the upper and lower zones are on separate controls.
The upper zone can be set between 5-10°C (41-50°F).
The lower zone can be set between 10-18°C (50-64°F).
The desired temperatures for different wines are as follows. 13-18°C (55-64°F) for red wine, 8-12°C (46-54°F)
for white wine, 5-7°C (41-45°F) for sparkling wine, 10-12°C (50-54°F) for ice wine.
