CHECKING BOARD:
With the power OFF, disconnect red wire from Terminal 1 and secure it out of the way without touching any
metal. With power ON, test across Terminals 1 and 2. If tester does not light, replace circuit board.
WARNING: THIS UNIT SHOULD NOT BE OPERATED IF ROD TEMPERATURE EXCEEDS 275°
FAHRENHEIT. IF SMOKE OR FUMES ARE DETECTED, DISCONTINUE USE
TO LOAD FILM ON WRAPPERS WITH ROLLERS:
• Rest Film Roll on Top of Two Rollers, Centering Film Between the Plastic Guides.
• Tighten Thumb Screw Against the Film Brake to Ensure Proper Film Tension.
• Thread Film Per Diagrams Below. NOTE: Thread Rolls One at a Time or as Needed.
