Operation
1.
Plug the mixer’s power cord into a standard wall socket (NEMA 5 - 15 which uses 100V/60 HZ.(Please use
electric outlet with grounding)
2.
Installation of stirrer: Loosen the connecting knob (5) of the head, raise the head and fix it in place. Place
the stirrer on the stirring shaft and turn it 45° counter clockwise.

Installation of stainless bowl: Place stainless bowl on bowl seat and turn bowl to fix into position.
4. Procedure of starting mixer: After ingredients are placed in the bowl, lower the head and tighten connecting
knob, then turn the speed control switch to lowest speed, turn power switch on and then set required speed
gradually after stirrer is in normal operation.
5.
When operation is completed, turn the variable speed control switch to the lowest speed first, then turn
power switch off and unplug.
ACCESSORIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Wire stirrer: Used for stirring liquid ingredients, such as cream and eggs.
• Flat stirrer: Used for stirring batters, power, and shredded ingredients, such as filling.
• Hook stirrer: Used for stirring more sticky ingredients, such as dough.
