TO OPERATE
1.
Hold the lever in its up position and place the product on the blades.
2.
Remove hand / fingers from the cutting area and firmly bring the lever down, this causes the push plate to
force the product through the blades.
CLEANING
Unscrew the blade assembly for cleaning, wipe down all surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Be
careful when handling the sharp blades.
TO LUBRICATE
If the push plate does not slide freely, lubricate the guide rods with mineral oil or a food grade lubricant as
needed.
Do not use cooking oil.
