Set the main switch to “ I ” (ON).
When using the U-TR30-2, push in the
light path selector knob.
Disengage the analyzer and polarizer from
the light path.
Place the specimen on the stage plate.
Engage the 10X objective in the light path
and focus on the specimen.
Adjust the illumination brightness.
Adjust the interpupillary distance and
diopter.
Engage the objective of the desired
magnification in the light path and focus
on the specimen.
Adjust the illumination brightness.
Engage the desired filter in the light path.
Adjust the aperture iris diaphragm.
