Inserting the print paper (continued)
Attaching the automatic feeder to the
printer

Push the automatic feeder compartment lid.
The lid of the automatic feeder compartment opens.
To close the lid, press
[PUSH]
until it clicks shut.

Insert the automatic feeder firmly into the
compartment.
If the print paper runs out
When the print paper runs out, the (paper/
ribbon) indicator flashes quickly (at intervals of about
0.25 second) after you press the
(print) button.
Remove the automatic feeder from the printer and
insert print paper.
Notes on storing the
print paper
• Avoid placing the print
paper in a location
subject to:
– high temperatures
– high humidity
– excessive dust
– direct sunlight
• When you are going to
store the partially-used
print paper for an
extended period of
time, store it in its
original bag.
Push the
[PUSH] mark.
