Teleconference
1. While making a call, press key .
This will put the external call on hold.
2. Use the numeric keys to enter the ex-
tension of another handset. The hand-
set is called.
3. When the other handset picks up the
call, press key 3 to start
teleconferencing.
4. Press key on any of the handsets
to quit the teleconference. The other
handset will continue the external call.

Adjusting the Receiver Volume
While making a call, press key to
adjust the receiver volume.

Paging the Handset
If a handset has been misplaced, it is possible to call all the handsets. The
handsets ring at full volume either until 30 seconds are up or until any key
is pressed. The display lighting is switched on.

Entering a Dialling Pause (P)
If the Olympia telephone is connected to a PBX system, it may be
necessary to insert a dialling pause. First enter the digit, e.g. 0, that will
seize the outside line. Then press key for longer than 3 seconds
(0P....). On the display, the pause is shown as a P. The pause can also be
entered when programming numbers in the phone book.
Switching the Key Lock On/Off
It is possible to lock the handset keys against functioning. Incoming calls
can still be received.
Pressing key for longer than 3
seconds toggles the key lock on or off.
