COOKING UTENSILS
Suitable cooking pots:
• Double-bottomed ferromagnetic pans (enamel, cast iron or stainless steel) or pans made of flat-
bottomed magnetic induction material with a diameter between 12 and 28 cm (part in contact
with the ceramic plate).
• To know if a utensil is ferromagnetic, place magnet on it. If it sticks, the utensil is ferromagnetic.
• Please refer to the cooking utensil manufacturer to confirm suitability for induction cooking.
