Transactions' data is maintained in the memory of the
cash register as long as the battery back-up system is in
effect. In any case all the sales, transactions and related
data are always stored on your SD for fiscal control. This
data can be printed as reports for management review.
X Reports
Turning the control key to the X1/X2 position permits to
print accumulated transactions information based on
chosen period and
RETAINS ALL DATA IN MEMORY .
This operation can be useful in any time during the
working period in order to check the trend of your sales.
Periodic
reports also include information about
PLUs, Departments and Perpetual Gran Total.
You can choose between 4 types of periodic X reports.
X1: Daily report
Control key position: X1/X2
X2: Weekly report Control
key position: X1/X2
X3: Monthly report Control
key position: X1/X2
X4: Annual report
Control key position: X1/X2
Z Reports
Following the requirements of the actual fiscal law,
this cash register manages the financial revenues
in
fiscal periods
. So, you are obliged to perform
periodic closures, through Z reports printings.
Turning the control key to the Z1/Z2 position permits to
print the same information as the X reports. The
only, but fundamental difference, is that after a Z report
printout,
ALL TRANSACTIONS TOTALS ARE RESET
TO ZERO , except for the Perpetual Gran Total. Z
reports also include information about PLUs and
Departments.
Z reports can be performed in two ways.
Automatically
When the current financial period is terminated (daily,
weekly, monthly, annually) you will be advised with a
message on the screen indicating that you are obliged to
do the related periodic Z report before proceeding with new
sales.

follow the next procedure.
