Chapter 2

Registering Sender Names

Registering alternative sender names is optional but is a very useful
feature if several people are using the same unit to send documents.

By registering the names of each sender, you can select one of these names
just before sending a document. The name selected will appear at the top of
the document received by the other party.

Registering a Sender Name

Follow the procedure below to register sender names.
