Flexible document feeding
Your unit gives you the flexibility of scanning a variety of documents for
sending. The platen glass allows you to scan non-standard document
sizes and other documents, such as pages from books or even three-
dimensional objects (up to 2 kg). For multipage documents, you can use
the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)* to quickly scan standard-size
pages. (

Simple maintenance
The toner cartridge for your unit contains both the toner and the drum,
making installation and replacement simple and clean.
Variety of options available
The unit can have several options added to it to increase its functionality.

Dual access
Even while you are sending or receiving a document, you can continue to
use the unit to register information or record documents into memory.
Error Correction Mode (ECM)
The unit’s Error Correction Mode (ECM) reduces transmission errors
when sending and receiving documents from other fax units (that also
have ECM capability) over noisy or poor quality telephone lines.
Full support of ITU-T subaddresses and passwords
You can employ ITU-T subaddresses and passwords to communicate not
only with other Olivetti fax units, but also with fax units of other
manufacturers. (
