Step 1 - Activate the emergency key
1.
Press the top left key to select
Menu.
2.
Scroll to and select
Emergency key.
3.
Select
Settings.
4.
Select
Emergency numbers
(will call programmed
numbers when emergency key triggered) OR
Emergency services
(will call number programmed to
“Set emergency services” –
default emergency
services number is 000).
Step 2
–
Set numbers
If
Emergency numbers
has been selected in step 1, the
phone numbers that will be contacted when the
Emergency key is activated must be set. To do so, when in
the Emergency key menu:
1.
Select
Set numbers
(up to 5 numbers can be
programmed).
2.
Select
Emergency contact 1
.
3.
Select
Edit
and type the phone number for the contact
number to be called first when the emergency key
activated.
4.
Press the top left key to select
OK.
5.
Repeat step 3-4 for the remaining numbers. Not all
numbers need to be programmed.
Note: The call sequence will call the Emergency numbers in
their listed order.
