9.
Resources, Periods of Service and Storage, and Manufacturer’s
(Supplier’s) Warranty
Operating time of the Product prior to its first medium maintenance is 10 thousand
hours. Service life of the Product is 10 years, incl. shelf life of not more than one year in
the preservation in warehouses and the manufacturer’s original packaging. In case of the
Product delivery without preservation and (or) packaging, the storage period is one
month.
The operating time and service life of the component parts with a limited resource
that are included in the Product are designated on separate labels.
The specified operating time, service life and storage are valid provided that the
customer complies with the requirements of the current operational documentation.
The manufacturer’s (supplier’s) warranty is one year from the date of delivery to
the consumer. Limited life components are not covered by the warranty.
Claims for warranty obligations, when damages are caused, are not accepted in the
case of:
- inappropriate use of the Product;
- non-compliance with the requirements of this OM;
- changes to the Product design that are inconsistent with the manufacturer;
- improper repair and maintenance of the Product.
Guaranteed repair service or replacement of the component parts of the Products,
within the specified warranty period, is performed by the manufacturer - "OLIS" Ltd.,
Ukraine, 65098, Odessa, Stolbovaya st., 28.
