GUARANTEE OF PRODUCT’S GOOD OPERATION
This product must not be treated as a communal waste. Dismantled ap-
pliance ought to be given to an appropriate recycling point for electrical
and electronic waste. Appropriate disposal of the used product prevents
potential negative influence on the environment, which could occur in
case of an improper waste disposal. In order to obtain more detailed infor-
mation on the recycling of the product, contact your local authority, refuse
disposal services or the store, where the product has been purchased.
The present guarantee is in effect for 24
months from the date of the purchase of the
appliance. The constructor is guaranteeing
its good operation and is obliged to repair or
replace each defective part that presents con-
structional imperfection. The cost of the repair
and spare parts is coming upon the construc-
tor. The cost of the transportation to the facto-
ry, insurances and any other expenses that re-
sult from the transport, burden the purchaser
despite any particular agreement that is con-
tracted between the purchaser and salesman.
The present guarantee extends only to the
original purchaser and its force is ceased
when: • The appliance was used for other than
its intended use. • Damages were caused from
accident, fall, erroneous use etc. • The user or
third person attempted to repair the appli-
ance. • The appliance was connected, main
-
tained, used or stored in a way different than
the recommended at the book of Instructions-
use and maintenance that accompanies it. • A
part or a section was modified for any cause. •
A part or a dispensable of different origin from
that of the factory of manufacture was used. In
case that any of the above mentioned is valid,
the force of the guarantee of the good opera-
tion is ceased and as long as the purchaser is
demanding its application, the local Juridical
Authority is rendered responsibly.
If you have a claim under this guarantee,
please contact our TECHNICAL SERVICE CENT-
ER. (For faster service, please have model, se-
ries and type numbers ready for the operator
to assist you). Reasonable proof of the date of
the purchase must be presented; otherwise,
the effective date of the warranty will be based
on the date of manufacture plus ninety days.
