6.6 Body Measurement
The body measurement is processed in two steps: First, the front side is measured, followed by the
back side.
The first measurement is performed with the examinee facing the
Body Screener
TM
.
During the measurement, the sensor unit moves from top to
bottom. It pauses briefly at the measuring positions to record
values. Each single measuring process at the measuring positions
is indicated by running LED light.
After successful measurement of the front side, an acoustic signal
confirms the completion of the first measurement.
At the end of the measurement of the front side, a message appears on the screen indicating that
the examinee must turn 180° for the second measurement (back side).
Click OK to start the second measurement.
The second measurement is performed with the examinee not
facing the Body Screener
TM
.
After successful measurement of the back side, an acoustic
signal (3 short beeps) confirms the end of the body
measurement.

Please do not touch, hold, push or pull the sensor unit and semicircular truss during
the measuring process. This ensures that the measurement is not falsified and avoids
damage to the measuring instrument or the motor.
