4.1 ROUTINE INSPECTION
Basically, the routine inspection of following items is performed about every one year after the
machine is installed. The description of routine inspection is shown in table 4.1.1.

Confirm that the LCD shows “COVER OPEN”,
when the paper cover opened and that
message disappears when the cover closed.
The LCD shows “NO PAPER” when runs out
of recording paper.
The LCD shows “NO RIBBON” when runs out
of ribbon roller.

8 Lubrication Apply white grease to the drive gears and
gear hubs.
9 Cleaning Remove outside fallen materials, if any, from
the machine.
