Usable Functions
Select the functions that the registered user will be able to use.
Project Name
Register the projects (maximum of 5) in which the registered user is
participating.

LPR Data for User
Identification
The setting is required for the print mode authentication without
printer driver connections. Enabled only with LPR connection.
No LPR for Identification : Select when:
- Print mode authentication is not required; or
- An authentication code is specified with the printer driver.
User Name : Select when print mode is authenticated with a
computer login user name.
Host Name : Select when print mode is authenticated with a
computer host name.

E-mail Address
Set the e-mail address of the destination when using the E-mail scan
data function.

Proxy Users 1 to 5
Configure this setting when you want, with print authentication, to
authorize a user (proxy user) other than yourself to print your print
jobs.
Register a PIN code or a login name for the proxy user.
Up to five proxy users can be registered.
