Check that it is Option Tray which can be used in
MB4xx.

Replace it with
an appropriate
option tray unit.

Check that measurements taken at both ends of
each capacitor CP7 show 5V. (See section 2.6.)
Or, instead of the above, check if each fuse F502
is open or not.
