Adjustable arm height adjustment
Push the arm height adjustment button
on the bottom of the arm pad. The arm
height can be adjusted up and down
within a range of 100 mm (4 ) by pushing
and holding the button. Lock again by
releasing the button. Holding the arm
pads and rotating them left and right
allows for adjustment of their angles 20

Adjusting the headrest
To adjust the headrest while seated, hold
both sides of the headrest by hands, and
adjust the height, angle, and forward/
backward position.
Before using this product, make sure
that the position is securely locked after
making the adjustment.

Sit in the center of the seat while
adjusting.

The seat slide lever
cannot be operated.
Check whether you are operating it with
your weight on the seat.
Half rise from your chair, and
operate the lever.

The backrest
does not move.
Check whether the dial on the left under
the seat is in the Locked state.
Turn the dial counterclockwise, and
lean against the backrest.

Check whether the reclining tension adjustment
dial at the back of the seat is set to Strong.
Turn the reclining tension adjustment
dial to Weak (counterclockwise).

Casters do not
move smoothly.
Are they tangled with lint or wool?
Remove lint or wool or replace
the casters.

Casters are
slippery.
Are you using urethane casters on hard
floors such as a plastic tile floor?
Use soft casters.
Chair makes
noise.
