OTD2 is an electronic thermostat with wireless IR sensor for
installation in a standard wall box. The wireless IR sensor accurately
measures the surface temperature of the floor and the room
temperature. It transmits the recorded signals to the thermostat,
which controls the heating element in accordance with the selected
temperature setting.
The IR sensor can be mounted directly on a wall at a distance of up
to 15 metres from the thermostat. The thermostat allows the required
temperature to be set within the range 0-40°C. An LED indicates that
heating is active.
Both the thermostat and IR sensor are suitable for GIRA system 55
and for ELKO or NORWESCO frames.

The product may only be used if the complete installation complies
with relevant directives. The thermostat may only be installed by an
authorised electrician.

If the product has been damaged in any way, e.g. during transport,
it must be inspected and checked by authorised personnel before
being connected to the power supply.
The product carries a manufacturer’s warranty if installed in
accordance with these instructions and applicable regulations.
