It is possible to use this versatile convivial appliance for grilled dishes, for the raclette or
for gourmet.
☞
Place the appliance on a bearing plane which must be horizontal,
stable and resistant to high temperatures and splashes. Make
sure that the appliance is safely supported.
• Place the appliance on an horizontal and stable plane which is not sensitive to high
temperatures and easily washable.
• The appliance body (1) folds in two like a revolving joint.
You can place the raclette in various ways:
- with both grill surfaces side by side,
- or separate the two surfaces unhooking the handle (3).
USE
Place the appliance in the centre of the table, away from the reach of children.
• Place the two soapstones (4) on the chassis located on the heating elements (2).
• Insert the stainless steel plates (5) under the glass trays (6) in the respective indentations.
